Yes. We can liaise with the property manager of your accommodation to deliver before you arrive and collect after you depart. There is a separate charge for delivery and collection.

You will need to provide your accommodation address and advise the name of your accommodation property manager and their contact details. We need to know the name you are booked under. We also need to know your flight arrival & departure times and check in & check out times? If you arrange a late check out you need to let us know the day before.

Depending on what you have ordered we may be able to leave your hire items somewhere undercover and out of sight from the road. You will need to collect from us if there isn't somewhere undercover and out of sight from the road.

No. We consider airbnb as Managed Accommodation. As such your airbnb host is the Property Manager and we need their contact details.

Please refer to our Delivery and Collection Zones 1 to 5 for current prices. Zone 1 is Queenstown Airport. This is a flat fee and covers both Delivery & Collection to and from your rental vehicle (hire items other than car restraints will need to be returned to us). For Zones 2 to 5 you will need to book both Delivery and Collection separately.

Yes. Most things can be picked and returned by you. You will need to book Delivery and Collection for wooden cot.

No. We are very close though. We are located approximately 1 km away from Queenstown Airport at 3 Kawarau Place.

We can deliver to your rental car company at Queenstown Airport or a rental car company with a depot near Queenstown Airport. We cannot deliver to private vehicles at Queenstown Airport or rental car companies who do not have a depot. We will deliver before your arrival at a time that fits in with our daily schedule.

That’s not necessary. There’s no point in incurring locker charges as we are located so close to the airport
