Terms and Conditions

Tots on tour equipment is maintained to a high standard, please return it in the same condition it was delivered.  Equipment returned that requires cleaning will be charged to your credit card.

Tots on tour cannot guarantee a drop/collection time, however we will try our best to have the equipment to you as soon as possible.

If you require your equipment at a certain time, you can arrange to collect it from Frankton or by prior appointment. Equipment will always be left in a secure,dry location, if access to the property is unavailable.

It is the responsibility of the hirer to provide any access/security codes to their property.

Drop off/collections will incur $20 to $30 flat fee.

Please advise if deliveries can be made the night prior.

Any items broken or lost will be charged to your credit card.

Your credit card will be charged if equipment is returned late.

No deliveries after 5.30 pm – unless prior by arrangement.

No deliveries or pick ups on Christmas day.

Our cancellation policy is:

Prior to a week of the booking date a full refund will be given, within 7 days a 50% refund will be given and within 24 hrs to the booking a 100% charge applies.

Any cancellations of equipment during the stay will be charged for at full rate for the booking length.
